This website is operated by Vektor Performance. You may use it to browse tire information, check tire inventory, find common passenger-tire sizes, and request a quote. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
2. Quotes and orders
The website does not complete online sales. A tire search, inventory result, or quote request is not an accepted order. An order becomes binding only after Vektor Performance provides written confirmation and any required payment or deposit is received. A written order confirmation or invoice may contain additional terms that apply to that sale.
3. Inventory and product information
Inventory changes frequently and remains subject to availability confirmation. Product names, descriptions, specifications, and images may come from manufacturers or distributors and are provided for identification. Images may be representative. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you before offering an alternative or changing an order.
4. Pricing, taxes, and fees
Prices are not displayed because tire costs can change daily. Your current price will be provided in a quote and is valid only for the period stated in that quote. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and any installation, balancing, disposal, delivery, or other charges will be identified before the purchase is completed.
5. Tire fitment and safety
Accurate vehicle and tire information is essential. You are responsible for providing the correct year, make, model, trim, tire size, and relevant modifications. Final fitment—including size, load index, speed rating, clearance, and vehicle-manufacturer requirements—must be confirmed before installation. Tires should be installed and inspected by a qualified technician and used in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
6. Local pickup and shipping
Local pickup is available without a pickup charge unless your written quote states otherwise. Installation and related services are separate unless included in the quote. Shipping rates vary by destination, tire size, quantity, carrier, and service level. Delivery dates are estimates, and delays outside our reasonable control may occur.
7. Changes, deposits, and cancellations
Tell us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Special-order tires may be subject to cancellation, freight, or restocking charges after the order has been placed. Any required deposit and the applicable cancellation conditions will be disclosed in writing before the order is confirmed. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Returns and exchanges
Contact Vektor Performance for authorization before returning a product. Eligibility depends on the written policy provided with your sale. Unless defective or otherwise required by law, mounted, driven-on, damaged, altered, or incorrectly ordered tires may not be returnable. Approved returns should be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition. Applicable freight or restocking charges will be disclosed before a return is accepted.
9. Warranties
Warranty coverage varies by tire, brand, and manufacturer. Any available coverage will be described with the specific product or confirmed in writing. Manufacturer warranty terms, exclusions, documentation, rotation records, and claim procedures apply. Your rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply.
10. Website availability and liability
We work to keep website information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that inventory data will always be complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, Vektor Performance is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Privacy
If you provide contact, vehicle, or order information, we use it to answer your request, confirm fitment, prepare a quote, fulfill an order, provide service, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We limit collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law. Do not send payment-card information through unsecured messages.
12. Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms as the website or our services change. The version posted when you use the website applies to that visit; the written terms accepted for a confirmed order continue to govern that order. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the province or territory connected with the transaction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
